Shipping policy

We ship anywhere in South Africa by tracked courier.

Processing. Orders are packed and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days of payment clearing. Orders placed over a weekend or public holiday are processed the next working day.

Delivery time. Once your order is on its way, please allow 8 to 10 working days for it to reach you. Delivery times can run a little longer to outlying and rural areas.

Tracking. As soon as your parcel is collected, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.

Shipping cost. Delivery is free on all orders over R1,000. For orders under R1,000, the courier fee is calculated at checkout based on your address.

Delays. Couriers occasionally run behind during busy periods or bad weather. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, email us at henry.p.ackhurst@gmail.com and we'll chase it up for you.

Wrong or incomplete address. Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address may incur a re-delivery fee.
